Can I grant rights to Entra ID groups from Compliance Suite?

Yes, you can access Entra ID groups through CCS roles.

If it is an Entra ID security group, you can find the group under User Groups in the Connectors menu in the Compliance Suite.

In the case of Office 365 groups, you can find them under Office 365 - also under Connectors.
