Can I set up filters on mail notifications?

It is now possible to set the notification filter on:

  • Person Types

  • Companies and

  • Applications

The person / access must match one or more of these person types AND one or more companies AND one or more Applications.

Person Type and Company

Filter Person Type and Company work on the following email notification types:

  • Create

  • Change manager

All filters

All filters apply to the following mail notification types:

  • Access request

  • Access enable

  • Disable access

  • Expired (xx) - (all types)

  • Approval require

  • Implement require

  • Remove require

Other

Where several filters work is set, there are "and" between the 3 types of filters. Internally on each filter, "or" applies.
