Compliance Suite Release #12

  • New layout and new level of control for role assignments

    Release 12 offers a new layout that will change the way you use the Compliance Suite. A modern and simple look goes hand in hand with user-friendly navigation, so you can quickly find the information you are looking for. Clear dashboards help you maintain an overview of the organization and transform data into insights you can act on.

    The update also comes with a whole new level of management for role assignments - Access - which handles all role memberships and access to applications. It makes user management efficient, intuitive and easy to handle for the entire organization.

Release 12 introduces the following:

  • Dynamic fields on the personal card

    For each person type, you can now define the fields on the person card to be required, optional or hidden. You can also predefine fields to ensure that e.g. the right organization appears on persons of the same type. It makes it easier and faster to create new people.

  • Quick Access

    By person type, department and / or position, you can now predefine a number of proposal accesses that the person typically must have. The accesses then appear as check boxes directly on the identity card. It makes it easier and faster to assign the right accesses.

  • Approval and re-authorization flow

    On all applications you can now choose to define an Approver and / or an Implement. When you want to assign a person access to an application, Approver must approve the assignment and Implement implement the access before it is active. At the same time, you can define the expiration date on all accesses, after which they must be re-authorized.

  • Allocation notifications
    Email notifications make it easier to keep track of changes in your organization. You can now set the Compliance Suite to issue notifications upon assignment and expiration of accesses.

  • New dashboards
    You get six new dashboards targeted at HR, administration and self-service. It creates a quick overview of the organization’s people, changes and clarifies tasks and required actions.
