Data Type Articles (GDPR)

To support the documentation of your work with GDPR, you can enter the articles/paragraphs of the GDPR that are relevant to the personal data types you process in your organizational processes, systems and applications.

This can be done under "Data Type Articles", which you will find in the "GDPR" sub-area of Compliance Suite.

For example, you can enter paragraphs describing how ordinary, semi-sensitive and sensitive personal data is processed in your organization.

To create a new Data Type Article, click on ”+New” in the menu bar. Then fill in the fields as follows:

Enter the name of the new Data Type Article.

Data Type Article ID

Text

If necessary, enter the ID of the new Data Type Article.

Category

Look up

If necessary, enter Category of the new Data Type Article.

Description

Text

Enter a description for the Data Type Article, possibly a description of how personal data related to the section is processed.
