Enable fixed reauthorization dates
In Compliance Suite you have the option to set fixed reauthorisation dates on roles. There are four dates that can be set:

ReauthorizationDate4
The four dates are set in a Dynamics configuration, and will subsequently apply to all roles in Compliance Suite where the "Enable Fixed Reauthorization Dates" checkbox is enabled.
If you do not enter any reauthorization dates, the system-defined dates will be used. These are:

ReauthorizationDate1 (default: 1 September)

ReauthorizationDate2 (default: no date)

ReauthorizationDate3 (default: no date)

ReauthorizationDate2 (default: no date)
That is, if you do not enter any dates in the configuration settings, the role will need to be reauthorized on September 1 of each year.
| that roles that need to be reauthorized must have an application attached to them. This application must have an "Approver" specified on it, and the role for Access must have the "Enable Fixed Reauthorization Dates" checkbox enabled. |
