What happens if I manually deactivate a person in Compliance Suite?

If you manually deactivate a user in Compliance Suite, the deactivation date will automatically be set to today’s date if the date is not already set.

Then any planned changes in personal status will be implemented and one or more of the following actions can be activated:

  • Deactivation of the user,

  • Resetting private information,

  • Deletion of system identities and

  • Release of user initials.
