Cryptshare Server and License requirements

The REST API is only available for Cryptshare Enterprise licenses. If you already own a corresponding license, the feature is however not yet activated, please contact your Cryptshare Sales Contact to receive a new license file.

The following table shows compatibility details between the Cryptshare Server and the REST API.

If a version is not listed, it is no longer supported and should be assumed incompatible.

Lifecycle policy

This page contains information about the general lifecycle policy for the Cryptshare REST API. A product covered by this policy can be considered 'officially supported'.

End of support

Cryptshare REST API version support ends one year after the release of the next major REST API version. During this time new Cryptshare server versions contain both, the new major Cryptshare REST API version and the previous major REST API versions. After this year, the previous major REST API version might be removed from the Cryptshare server. As long as no major Cryptshare REST API version was released, you can expect that the current Cryptshare REST API version will be supported for at least one year.
