Personal data settings
Some of your data is required by the Cryptshare for Outlook (Classic) Add-In to provide it to the recipient as part of the notification message so the recipient can identify and contact you in case of any questions.
This data includes your:

first name

Your first name will be displayed to the recipient according to your input in this field. Please make sure that it is spelled correctly, also in terms of capitalisation. Multiple or combined first names are permitted and can be entered into this field.

last name, and

Your last name will be displayed to the recipient according to your input in this field. Please make sure that it is spelled correctly, also in terms of capitalization. Multiple or combined first names are permitted and can be entered into this field.

phone number.

Your phone number will be displayed to the recipient according to your input in this field. Please make sure that it is entered correctly and with the right national and international area code. Multiple phone numbers are possible and can be entered.

These settings have to be made locally by the user or distributed to the workstations which are running Cryptshare for Outlook (Classic). Cryptshare for Outlook (Classic) offers the following approaches to manage personal data:

Through the user interface (Settings dialog > tab Personal Data)

Using the XML file (Configuration File CS4OutlookUserConfig.xml)

By distributing of the settings during roll out via msiexec.
If you are logged on to an Active Directory and work with an MS Exchange Server, the data is already pre-populated with values from the Active Directory.
Basically, all settings regarding personal data can have two states:

The user can see the setting in the interface and change the setting themselves. |
| Read-only |
The user can see the setting and its values, but cannot change them. |
