General
The general tab contains information about:
- Pointsharp ID

General license information such as contact information as well as the amount of users, expiry date and purchase date.
- Pointsharp ID Service

Click the Restart and the Stop button to restart and stop the Pointsharp ID Windows service. Check the Restart Web Services for restarting the IIS service (name W3SVC) and running the latest configuration in the Pointsharp ID Web Services also.

Click the How To button to see the collection of "good to know".

- Pointsharp ID Audit

Click the Event Log button to open the Windows Event Viewer, where all user activities are logged to the PointsharpID_Audit event log.
