Roller skal tildeles til brugerne inden fra Dynamics af, for at en bruger kan anvende CCS.

Tildel en Compliance Suite-rolle

  1. Klik på Tandhjulet i højre hjørne og vælg "Advanced Settings":

  4. Vælg dernæst den bruger du gerne vil tildele en Dynamics rolle til - ved at klikke dig ind på "Full Name" for at åbne brugeren:

  6. Vælg den rolle brugeren skal have - eksempelvis CCS Service Desk og klik dernæst på "Ok" for at gemme indstillingen.

Klik dig ind på en given rolle og se hvad rollen giver adgang til under fanen "Custom Entities":

Ændringer på en given rolle slår igennem med det samme man gemmer, så pas på med at ændre i rolle opsætningerne.

Dynamics 365 - Access Team Connector

Entiteten "Dynamics 365 Team" minder om OU for ADDS, men har ikke en prioritet.

Alle teams importeres automatisk, og du kan mappe én eller flere CCS-roller til teams.

Kun personer, der har en CRM-licens kommer ind i teamet, ellers vil medlemskabet indikere "User has no license" (ligesom ved fællespostkasse-adgang).

Dette er relevant i forbindelse med Request, Change og Request Template.
