Assets

Assets appear as a tab on the person card. Through an integration between Compliance Suite and Microsoft Intune, all Assets registered in Intune for individuals will appear on the new Assets tab in Compliance Suite.

PCs and telephones issued will be automatically registered in Compliance Suite, while it is possible to manually register other assets, such as computer mice and access cards. Assets are grouped by model (e.g., "iPhone 12" or "Desktop") and Manufacturer (Apple or Ikea).

Via the notification type "Custom Notification", an offboarding step and a merge field for email notifications, lists of active assets can be sent to employees by email. This may be relevant, for example, in the case of resignations, when the units issued need to be returned.
