Black List

Here, you enter all the words you do not want Compliance Suite to be able to use as initials.

In organizations covering several language areas, it may be useful to have input from each language to avoid unfortunate choices of initials.

Click on the menu "Configuration | Black List" to see all the words entered in the system:

Create a new item in Black List by clicking on "+New" in the top menu:

Enter the name and click "Save"
