Changing department for Default Manager

If the Default Manager is changed on the Department, will the Manager change automatically for the people who belong to this Department?

No. If you change the "Default Manager" associated with a "Department" in Compliance Suite, the persons associated with the given "Department" will not automatically be assigned a new "Manager". Compliance Suite is designed in this way to support that several "Managers" can be associated with one "Department".

Each time you create a new person in a "Department", he or she will be assigned the department’s "Default Manager" as "Manager". This can then be manually changed to another "Manager".
