Compliance Suite Release #10

Manual deactivation of Person sets deactivation date
If a user is manually deactivated in the Compliance Suite by changing the Person Status of the corresponding Person, then the deactivation date is set to today’s date (if it is empty). This means that any planned future changes in Person Status will be carried out (cf. the update in Release 9).

Prioritization of licenses
It is now possible to link two or more licenses together so that a Person can only be assigned one of these licenses via roles. This scenario may be desirable, for example, if a Person has roles that allow both an F1 and E3 license to be granted at the same time. The pairing is done by creating a "license pool", to which F1 and E3 are connected.
The License Set now contains the "Priority" and "License Set Pool" fields. If two or more license sets (eg F1 and E3) are in the same pool, and a Person matches several license sets in the pool via roles, then only the license set with the highest priority is assigned to the user.

Automatic email notification to manager when creating person
Customer-specific email notifications are now introduced in the Compliance Suite.A new "Mail Notification" entity can be used so that the Compliance Suite sends mails from a fixed e-mail template. Fields from the identity card and Manager can be used in generating the e-mail, for example:
{person.Name} has been assigned to your department. He will be located at {person.Location.Name}.
