Company, Department, Job Title, Position and Location have been given a type that can be used to group these. Likewise, there is a concept called Set that can be used to group these.

Via Person Process, pre-set forms can be defined for e.g. creation of new person, with a pre-selection of fields in the form and a predefined selection of roles.

Auto Roles can create roles automatically based on organizational entities (for example, Department or Position). These roles have an implicit rule so that Persons with the same organizational unit (e.g. department) are automatically assigned the role.
