Initials Pool
Under "Initials Pool" you will get an overview of the initials pools your organization has chosen to work with, across the organization and any sister and subsidiary companies.
Initials pools are used when you want initials/prefixes to be reusable for different companies/suffixes in Compliance Suite.
Scenario
Copenhagen Quality hires Anna Boserup and assigns her ab@copenhagenquality.com. In the subsidiary CQ-Audio, Ahmed Beshik is hired and assigned ab@cqaudio.com.
Without different initials pools, Compliance Suite would not be able to assign the prefix "AB" twice. However, by creating specific pools for each company, this becomes a possibility.

Once a pool is created, it can be assigned to the company to which it is to be linked. To do this, go to the specific company and assign the initials pool to it. This is done under "Person Initials":
