Single User Deployment

Please note that this option is only suitable for users who use Outlook on the Web as part of a single-user license. If possible, we highly recommend you to leave the deployment of the add-in to an experienced administrator. Among other things, you won’t be able to benefit from these features:<br />- Automatic updates when the administrator deploys a new add-in version<br />- Better technical support due to more advanced logging capabilities |

Log in to your Microsoft 365 account via https://outlook.office365.com.

Highlight an existing email from your inbox. If necessary, email yourself first.

Click the "Three Dots" to the right of your message

Click "Get Add-ins" at the bottom of the menu

Click "My add-ins" to the left of the dialog box

Click "Add a custom add-in" > "Add from URL…" and paste the URL from the clipboard (Manifest URL) that you had copied to your clipboard in the Installation section.

Confirm the warning by clicking "Install".

The add-in should now appear a little further down - close the dialog box.

Click on the three dots on the right side of the message again and click Activate the Cryptshare for Outlook (OWA) add-in.

The add-in should now appear. Optionally, you can pin the add-in so that it remains enabled even when switching between messages.
The installation process is now finished and the add-in is available to you.
