Outlook (MAPI over HTTPS) and quarantine mail

MAPI over HTTPS published in Access Gateway for Outlook clients, are not able to receive quarantine mails in the same way as an ActiveSync device, but can use, for example, SMS instead.

  1. Open Pointsharp ID Admin GUI and go to the tab Devices.

  2. Create a New Device Policy to use Quarantine.

  3. At the bottom of this page, click Manage Notifications, and configure the notification methods to use for each quarantine rule to fit the devices used.
