Planned Tasks Board
Planned Tasks Board is used to get an overview of all planned accesses (Access), across person and status. There are also six shortcut fields for selected persons and accesses.
The following information is displayed:
-
Planned Access Tasks shows all accesses that have a deadline (by default last quarter, which can be adjusted in the top right corner).
-
Five graphs further filter the view of accesses: By Owner, By Stage, By Manager, By Application, By Company and By Department.
Master data card
Each Access is displayed with an expandable master data card showing
Expires, Deadline, Owner, Person, Name, Stage, Modified On, Modified By
and Created On
(Owner = the user who created the access or who has to do something with
the access, e.g. approve it).
The color on the left reflects the stage.
