GDPR Board
The GDPR Board is used to document the processing of personally identifiable master data in applications, as well as the organizational processes and process steps that are involved in the processing of this data.
The same application concept is used as for access management. One or more notes can be registered for a process step.
The following information is displayed:

Active Business Processes shows an overview of the number of organizational processes registered in Compliance Suite grouped by status.

Active Applications shows the number of applications grouped by type.

Active Data Types shows the personally identifiable master data created in the GDPR module of Compliance Suite.

Last Modified Activities shows the last modified process steps.

Last Modified Notes shows the last modified notes for process steps.
The following Dynamics 365 users have access to this board:

Users with one of the Dynamics 365 roles CCS Self Service, CCS Service Desk, CCS Administrator or CCS Auditor. CCS Service Desk and CCS Auditor cannot create, correct or delete data.
