Self service through customizable workflows

The frontend of FrontDesk allows the user to run workflows on persons and accesses in Compliance Suite. In FrontDesk, some of these workflows are customizable. FrontDesk operates with implicit and explicit workflows.

  • Implicit workflows
These are processes that are already defined in Compliance Suite and are not or only very little customizable. They related to accesses such as request, approve and implement accesses.

  • Explicit workflows These are defined by FrontDesk Process Definitions. Each definition describes a workflow for creating a person, updating information on a person or approval of a create or update on a person.
