Sets
You will find "Sets" in the sub-area, "Organization". Sets in Compliance Suite are used to classify data.
Sets can be defined for the following entities in Compliance Suite:

Company

Cost Center
-
Department
-
Division
-
Job Title
-
Location
-
Position
You create sets for each entity under the menu items:
Example: Location Set
Location sets are a grouping method that can be used to create auto-roles and auto-groups automatically for a given set of locations. For example, if all store locations in Denmark are grouped in a location set, the set can be used to create auto-roles and auto-groups that apply to all persons associated with the locations in the specific set.
You can get an overview of all active location sets under "Active Location Set":
Create a new Location Set
Create a new Location Set by clicking "+New" under Location Sets.
The fields are completed as follows:

Locations can be added to a set under the Locations tab. Click on "Add Existing Location":
Next, a screen appears where you can search for the location(s) you wish to add to your location set.
Click "Add" when you have selected all the desired locations. Next, the selected locations are added to your Location Set.
Now, based on this set, auto-roles and auto-groups can be added for these locations.
