User Provisioning Status

There are different status codes that can appear in Compliance Suite.

They are explained and described below:

Name	Description
Adding	When a role, asset or other entity is being added to a user.
Removing	When a role, asset or other entity is being removed from a user.
Synchronized	Once an entity is synchronized with the Compliance Suite and any Custom System.
User not in dependant system	If a user does not exist in the associated system.
User has no mailbox	If a user does not have a mailbox attached.
License not given because of pool	A license has not been granted because License Pool is "empty".
Removing license because of pool	A license is being removed because Pool size has changed.
Security Group Scope is not Domain Local	If an AD Security Group is not affiliated with the local domain.
No more licenses	There are no more licenses for the given system you are trying to assign licenses to.
Number already taken	If a phone number you are trying to assign is already registered to another user.
Waiting for 3rd party app	If Compliance Suite waits for a response from a 3rd party system in connection with a creation or removal in that system and the current system hangs.
