Known issues and limitations

This section lists known issues and limitations in Net iD Portal.

Known issues

Organization switch missing: Multiple organization relations from version 5 could end up not show organization switch after upgrade. Remove and re-add all relations to fix issue.
Delete token: Delete token will try to load the deleted token after task completed resulting in error message.
All local tokens listed in hardware token enroll: If local soft token or TPM present it will be listed in the local token drop-down list after selecting hardware token enroll.
Login page pop-up: Pop-up shown on login page will result in browser console warning due to focus on PIN input field.
Database name: Special characters in new database name fails.
Token friendly name: Updating token friendly name fails and reverts to token profile name.

Upgrade version 5: Additional configurations needed after upgrade from version 5 depending on current setup. Contact Pointsharp for assistance.
Passkeys: Proof of concept in this release. Requires Pointsharp ID Server 9.1 for passkey management.
Self-enroll token templates: Using both Primary and Temporary token templates will allow user to select which one to enroll due to local loaded token relation with templates. Contact Pointsharp for workaround if needed.
Net iD Client web: Current Net iD Client web will not work with Net iD Portal version 6. Fix is planned in future Net iD Client version.
Net iD Access: Current Net iD Access Server does not support Net iD Portal version 6. Fix planned in upcoming Net iD Access Server version. Also with possibility for backward support in already released Net iD Access Server version.
