Configure: CS4OutlookAdminConfig

If the option "allowSettingsFromPropertyFiles" is disabled, any manual changes to this file will be overwritten by the settings set on the server. If the option is enabled, however, the individual Cryptshare for Outlook (Classic) clients can be configured using settings in the CS4OutlookAdminConfig.xml and these settings will not be overwritten by server settings.

Thus, you have the possibility to configure the clients individually, but without giving the users the possibility to manipulate settings through the user interface.
