Microsoft recommends the following minimum general hardware requirements to run Outlook on the web. Accordingly, the minimum requirements for Cryptshare for Outlook follow these guidelines.
We recommend exceeding these prerequisites because Outlook on the web requires a lot of resources at times.
Official Microsoft recommended requirements, as of September 2023:

Operating system
These requirements match the Microsoft recommendations. It is advised to generally use the latest operating system version available.

Outlook on the web only works in Safari with 3rd Party Cookies enabled, which is not something we recommend to do. Therefore we currently don’t officially support Safari. |

In line with Microsoft browser support, other browsers such as Internet Explorer 11 & Edge Legacy and all other mobile browsers, are not supported. |
Exchange online, Outlook environment
In order to be able to use the Cryptshare for Outlook add-in, an active Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) subscription including Exchange Online, and the ability to sideload add-ins, is required.
Most features should work with little to no restrictions in the Outlook for Windows Desktop Client.
