Compliance Suite Release #16

Release 16 updates the user interface, which includes an unfolded side menu as well as a new drop-up menu that facilitates navigation in the Compliance Suite.

We have expanded our ADDS Agent. All changes - including user creation and master data synchronizations - are now implemented significantly faster than before. At the same time, Release 16 also offers multi-domain support for group memberships and a faster Sharepoint Crawler.

Release 16 introduces the following:

  • Menus and menu items
    User In paper-based HR forms or forms in connection with the creation of new users, the work is significantly facilitated with Release 16. We introduce Menu and Menu Items: Menus and menu items that can be customized to match all relevant IT items on your forms .

    When ordering new accesses, it is possible to comment if there is information that is relevant in connection with the order. At the same time, you can set up filters and thus target menus for specific types of people, companies, departments, positions and locations.

  • Default person status and default person type for users
    New users in CCS - imported from AAD or ADDS - can be assigned a predefined person status and person type for each system in which they are created. The same applies to guests.

  • Connector to Navision
    You can now create Navision users and resources (Users, Resources and Purchasers) directly in the Compliance Suite as well as set up Navision permissions and groups.

  • Shared Folder Connector
    Via roles, you can now manage department drives and other folders where rights are managed. You can create your Shared Folders directly from the Compliance Suite and define owners, members and guests.

  • Definition of UPN based on roles
    Under Custom User Setting in the Compliance Suite, you can now define the users' UPN based on roles.

  • Multi-domain support for group memberships

  • Logon script
    Logon script can be set up for users under Compliance Suite Custom User Setting. This is a text field that is mapped to a fixed field for ADDS users.

  • New fields
    The following new fields have been added to the Person Card:

    • Employee ID

    • Employee Card ID

      There is no standard provisioning of these ADDS, but it is possible to access from Custom Powershell, both inbound and outbound.

  • Home Path
    Home Path can be set up under Custom User Settings.

    • Custom User Setting field: "Home Path" (text)

    • Custom User Setting field: "Home Drive mapping (grouped drive letter setting)
