The configuration customizes the Net iD Client. All configuration parameters are global and affects all users. There is also a local configuration used to store temporary variables and other user specific data, such as soft tokens.

Configuration file format

The configuration file uses the Windows INI file format.

1 Name of the configuration section. These are used to group entries that belong together.
2 Name of the entry or key. They can also be referred to as parameters in the documentation.
3 Values are represented in many forms.
